Payment is confirmed when the product order is completed.

After your order is confirmed, you will be issued with a code to use for payment at the convenience store. Take this code with you to Lawson, FamilyMart, Ministop, or SeicoMart within three days of the order confirmation date to make your payment.
[If you use Pay-easy]
Once your order is confirmed, you will be issued a payment number. Please make your payment within 3 days of the order confirmation date.
[When using LINE Pay, au PAY, or AliPay]
Payment is confirmed when the product order is completed.
[If you use Paidy (postpaid)]
Payment is confirmed when the product order is completed.
Please follow the Payday system and make your payment by the due date using the following methods.

Unless otherwise specified on each product sales page, items will usually be shipped to your registered address within 7 business days.
Made-to-order products
Products will be shipped to your registered address according to the estimated shipping time indicated on each product sales page.
If items with different shipping schedules are paid for as one order, they will be shipped according to the item with the latest shipping schedule.
Please be aware of this in advance.
If the product is shipped at a different time than that stated at the time of sale, the store will notify you.
Regarding prepaid mail order sales based on Article 13 of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act
Exchange and return of defective products (return policy)
・In the event that production or manufacturing of a product becomes difficult due to an earthquake, fire, or other unavoidable circumstances, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
- We do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience after the order has been confirmed.
-Due to the nature of digital products and subscription contracts, cancellations cannot be accepted.
・If the product is defective upon receipt, etc., please do not use the product and follow the steps below to complete the procedure within the specified period.
We may not be able to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or if the deadline for processing has passed.
[In case of exchange procedure]
1. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the product via store@nextgrooup.jp or our store inquiry form to let us know the details of the product condition. Our store staff will contact you regarding the exchange procedure.
2. Please follow the instructions of our store staff and return the product to our store within two months of receiving it. (We will provide you with the shipping address and other information when you receive the product. We will also cover the shipping costs for the return.)
3. After checking the product at our store, we will exchange it for a good product. (The store will also cover the shipping costs for the good product.)
*Please note that depending on the stock status of the product, we may offer a refund.
[In case of refund procedure]
1. Please contact us at store@nextgrooup.jp or our store inquiry form within 7 business days of receiving the product to provide details about the condition of the product.
Thank you. Our store staff will contact you regarding the refund procedure.
2. Please follow the instructions of our store staff and return the product to our store within two months of receiving it. (We will provide you with the shipping address and other information when we send you the product. We will also cover the shipping costs for the return.)
3. Once we receive the product, we will process the refund.
*The method of product exchange or refund will be decided by our store. Please note that you cannot specify the method of exchange or refund.
Regarding response in case of refusal to receive parcel, long-term absence, or incomplete address
If the product you ordered cannot be delivered due to refusal to receive it, long-term absence, incorrect address, etc., and is returned to our store, we will store it for three months. Please contact us at store@nextgrooup.jp or through our store inquiry form.
If the product is returned, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for redelivery, so please pay the shipping costs according to the instructions of our store.
Please note that we will not be able to offer a refund if you fail to follow instructions or refuse to accept the package for your own reasons.
After the 3-month storage period has elapsed, we will assume that you have no intention of receiving the item you have already purchased, and we may dispose of the item at our discretion. In this case, we may charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of the item price, shipping fees, and the cost of storing the item.
In cases of malicious refusal to accept deliveries, repeated long absences or incorrect addresses, or failure to deliver products within the storage period, we may suspend your membership (eligibility to use the service).
Cooling-off period
Mail order sales are not subject to the cooling-off period (unconditional cancellation).
